On November 29, LTC Kevin Vanyo assumed the charter of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A), Increment II program. COL Robert McVay, Project Manager, IPPS-A, presented the charter to LTC Vanyo. Family members attending the ceremony included his wife Dana, daughters Sarah and Katherine, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vanyo. |
